Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr. A tool and die manufacturer who had previously employed as a laborer for an industrial company. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone started second grade at 5 years old. Her parents believed her as being academically gifted. Saegertown School located in Saegertown Pennsylvania was her high school. She graduated in 1975. She also competed winning at the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone relocated with her aunt from New Jersey, where she was interested in pursuing a modeling career. The following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. Then, she relocated to Europe and spent the whole year living in Milan as well as Paris. Stone was, however, unhappy with acting and modeling in Europe. She chose to continue her career as an actress while she was in Europe. Woody Allen's movie, "Stardust Memories", got mixed praise at the age of 20.
